Church Donations

Rays of Healing Church is dedicated to bringing healing to as many beings as possible and providing opportunities for spiritual growth and development. Donations are accepted through the website via credit card. Keep your credit card statement for income tax purposes since donations to the church are deductible. We accept donations for the following funds:

• Church Fund
• Presentation and Instruction Fund
• Healing Fund
• New Branch Church Fund

Church Fund

The Church Fund helps fund the day-to-day operations of the Church. Expenses paid from this fund include items such as rent, equipment, and materials.

Presentation and Instruction Fund

The ministers of the Church provide good quality, low-cost healing, metaphysical and spiritual instruction by scripting suitable portions of the presentations made at the church and recording them in a sound studio. The recorded presentations make the teachings offered at our church available to everyone. People who cannot attend the church or who may be ill or disabled then have the opportunity to share in the learning and healing we who attend the church experience each week. Donations to this fund help pay for the recordings. The church plans for this fund to also be used to prepare instructional materials to go with the recordings and classes.

Healing Fund

The members and healing ministers of Rays of Healing Church perform free energy healing sessions every week as part of our Service to Spirit church meetings. In addition, healing ministers are required to donate their time to perform two private healing sessions per month for those who cannot afford such services on their own. Our healing ministers also donate their time to visit and provide energy healing people in hospitals and hospices. Healing ministers are not paid for their time to perform these sessions, just as none of the ministers are paid for the presentations made at the church branches.

The demand for healing sessions for those who cannot afford to pay exceeds the ability of our ministers to meet. We get requests from seriously ill people whose medical bills outstrip their income. And illness frequently strikes those who do not have adequate living resources.

To meet the demand for energy healing beyond the required donated time of our ministers, the church contracts with energy healers, some of whom are also ministers or members of the church, to provide energy healing services. When the donated time of the ministers is surpassed, we pay a fee to the healers to provide healing to those who cannot afford to pay for it. The number of people we can provide this service to is dictated by the amount of funding. Donations made to the Healing Fund are used to provide energy healing for those who cannot afford it.

New Branch Church Fund

Rays of Healing Church provides support in starting new branches of the Church. We currently have a central church (headquarter church) in Northern Virginia and two branches. Support for new branches includes the materials and training needed to start a branch church, a visitation program that sends headquarters ministers to visit the branch, and ordaining and appointment of ministers. Donations to this fund help to pay for the materials and training and travel costs.
