Meditation on Self Love

I’ll explain how taking a few minutes to breathe will release tension and reset yourself. One should step back and practice breathing meditation daily for as little as 2 minutes or up to 20 minutes in order to master the art.

I’ll also be speaking on forgiveness and how it heals your heart, mind & spirit.


I am a native Washingtonian, currently living in Prince George’s County, Maryland. I have two children, a son Damein, 38, and a daughter Alexis who is 30.

In 2013, I became a yoga/meditation teacher. I am also a Reiki Master. My words each day are “Love yourself where you are”. I also believe you should understand your breathing so that you can de-stress, release, reset and center yourself.
