Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra can be practiced by anyone. It is beneficial for anyone who wants to experience a deeper sense of peace and self healing. Yoga Nidra means “yoga sleep”. It is an ancient technique where the practitioner enters the deep state of conscious relaxation. Brain activity reduces and the body goes into the healing state. It is said that 1 hour of yoga Nidra has the same benefit as 4 hours of sleep. Yoga Nidra is a subtle yet powerful practice that guides our awareness toward our most authentic self.
